Recently, Hongchuangwei completed the production and delivery of a batch of customized 252 series servo barrier gates, specially developed for overseas customers in markets with frequent rainfall and long, severe winters.
With full-process customization and development capabilities, the products were optimized in five key areas: material protection, low-temperature operation, vehicle safety, mechanism performance, and international certification. The configuration is designed to match demanding outdoor environments and once again demonstrates Hongchuangwei’s product service capability in overseas OEM production and demand-based customization.

The customer’s region has abundant rainfall throughout the year and several months of low winter temperatures. Ordinary barrier gates may face risks such as rusting, low-temperature jamming, or shutdown.
For this reason, Hongchuangwei made two targeted optimizations:
The whole cabinet uses 304 stainless steel material, which offers salt spray resistance and corrosion resistance. It is not easy to rust or age under long-term outdoor rain exposure.
An intelligent constant-temperature heating module is installed inside the equipment. In low-temperature environments, it can automatically start heating and maintain the working temperature of the mechanism, helping avoid problems such as lubricant solidification and electrical freezing, and supporting smooth year-long operation of the barrier gate.

To address parking lot traffic safety concerns, the product is equipped with a three-layer protection structure:
The top of the boom arm is integrated with LED warning lights, making the arm position clearly visible at night and helping prevent accidental vehicle collisions.
A high-elasticity anti-smashing rubber strip is installed at the bottom of the boom arm. Even if the falling arm contacts the vehicle body, it can provide cushioning and shock absorption, helping avoid paint scratches and damage.
The product is also equipped with an elastic anti-collision arm structure. When a vehicle accidentally hits the boom arm, the arm can automatically swing open to release the impact force, greatly reducing irreversible damage to the boom arm and mechanism, and helping reduce after-sales maintenance costs for customers.
This batch of equipment is equipped with a 200W servo drive mechanism. The opening and closing speed can be freely adjusted within the range of 1.5–6 seconds.
It is compatible with straight arms, folding arms, and fence arms, allowing flexible adaptation to different entrance and exit scenarios such as residential communities, industrial parks, and factories. It can meet customers’ diversified lane configuration requirements.
Compared with traditional DC brushless motors, the servo mechanism operates more stably, offers a longer service life for the whole machine, and helps reduce start-stop failure rates. It is more durable in high-frequency vehicle flow scenarios and can lower long-term operation and maintenance costs.
Market access certification and brand labeling are core requirements for overseas customers. Hongchuangwei has complete customization support capabilities.
In response to this customer’s mandatory UL certification requirement, all internal electrical components such as the power supply and air switch were replaced with UL-certified compliant components. The complete equipment can successfully pass local safety inspections and meet market access standards.
At the same time, Hongchuangwei focuses on OEM services for well-known overseas brands and supports LOGO customization, helping customers build their own branded products.
